Your choice

TopHoods loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only after you accept analytics. You can decline and continue using the site, or change your choice through Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. We store your choice in your browser’s local storage.

Google Analytics

When you accept, Google Analytics collects information about visits, page views, referral sources, devices, and interactions. It uses cookies to help us understand which cities and neighbourhood pages people find useful. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in our tracking configuration.

Microsoft Clarity

When you accept, Microsoft Clarity captures interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation, and creates heatmaps and session replays. Cookies and similar technologies help connect activity across pages. We use this data to identify confusing parts of the site and improve its design. Clarity masks sensitive content by default.

Changing your preference

Declining analytics prevents both tools from loading on future page visits. If you withdraw consent after accepting, the page reloads to stop the loaded tracking scripts and removes their first-party analytics cookies from this site. Withdrawing consent does not erase data already sent to Google or Microsoft.

Hosting and search

Vercel hosts TopHoods and may process request information to deliver and secure the site. We use Google Search Console to review aggregate search performance and indexing; it does not add visitor tracking code to the site.
